Happy Resurrection Day!

“Then, as they were afraid and bowed their faces to the earth, they said to them, “Why do you seek the living among the dead?  He is not here, but is risen!  Remember how He spoke to you when He was still in Galilee, saying, ‘The Son of Man must be delivered into the hands of sinful men, and be crucified, and the third day rise again.’”  Luke 24:5-7

“Then he said to them, ‘Thus it is written, and thus it was necessary for the Christ to suffer and to rise from the dead the third day, and that repentance and remission of sins should be preached in His name to all nations, beginning at Jerusalem.’  Luke 24:46,47

“Nor is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved.”  Acts 3:12

“For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.”  John 3:16

The Resurrection that we celebrate today was a real, historical event.  Jesus Christ was/is a real person, who lived, died, and lives again.  I know Him personally, and I hope you do, too.
